One of the vintage eyewear brands that Blickers is very excited about selling in the online shop are Vaurnet sunglasses. We have three different, authentic and original vintage models of this masculine and sporty brand that has been in existence since the 1960s.

When the French skier Jean Vuarnet won the gold medal in the Winter Olympics in 1960, not only did he became a legend in the world of skiing, he also became famous in the world of glasses. He teamed up with the French optician Roger Pouilloux and together they released their first line of Vuarnet sunglasses.

Today, Vuarnet sunglasses are still synonymous with high performance sports and are true icons in vintage eyewear. All Vuarnet sunglasses use very high quality materials, and all have unmistakably sporty designs with a French, somewhat nautical influence.
