Rihanna's sunglasses: which style do you like best?

Not only is Rihanna world-renowned for her music, she is also constantly reinventing her style and image. So lets have a look at Rihanna's sunglasses...

Rihanna's sunglasses have become an important part of her ever-changing image. She strives to be unique and make fashion statements, and this is very clear when looking at the eyewear she chooses.

Rihanna is one of the most iconic celebrities of the past few years. Since entering the music scene in 2003, she has released 7 albums, many of which have included huge hit singles, such as ‘SOS’, ‘Umbrella’, ‘Rude Boy’, and ‘Only Girl (In the World)', as well as many more. She has also collaborated with many other artists, including being featured on worldwide hits such as ‘Love the Way You Lie’ (with Eminem).

Over the course of her career so far, Rihanna's work has earned her numerous awards and accolades, including six Grammy Awards, five America Music Awards, 22 Billboard Music Awards, and two BRIT Awards. She has sold more than 100 million records worldwide, making her one of the best selling artists of all time.

Rhianna is well known for reinventing her image with every new album she releases. When putting together her own wardrobe, Rihanna stated, "It's become more about taking a risk [...] I always look for the most interesting silhouette or something that's a little off." With that in mind, lets take a look at some of Rihanna's sunglasses…. They certainly are definitive in their appearance, and obviously a clear statement in the ever-changing image she creates for herself.

As she has been deemed one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World by TIME Magazine between 2011 and 2012, it’s fair to say that Rihanna’s sunglasses may very well set new trends in eyewear in the near future!
