Returns: Sunglasses and Frames (without prescription lenses)
You picked the wrong glasses or the item didn't meet your expectations? No problem - customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Upon reception of your order you have the possibility to return it within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and it must include all the elements that came with it such as the hard case and cleaning cloth, unused.
If a product you’ve received is defective, damaged or if the incorrect product was sent to you, just let us know and we will take care of you. If our experts confirm that your item is defective or not the right product you have the right to a refund without paying for the returning shipping costs. Please, act fast to request a return for faulty or incorrect goods.
Returns: Frames with prescription lenses
If the item is not faulty, we currently do not accept returns of prescription glasses. According to European Union rules and Trading Standards, personalised items are exempt from the Online Distant Selling Regulations.
Of course, we offer a full refund in case the received item is incorrect vs the prescription information you provided when the order took place.
Request your return
To request a return, for any reason, just acces your Customer Account and you will easily find the “request a return” option.
To access your Customer Account for the first time, just go to your order confirmation email and click on “Access your account”.
Please, take into account that you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. The return country is Spain. The postal code is 43840, Salou, Spain.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email notifying you that we have correctly received your returned item. We will send you a reimbursement within 5 days, via the same method of payment that you used for the purchase.
Delivery expenses are non-refundable.
Please note that Blickers reserves the right to assert claims for compensation, should the returned items show traces of usage or damages. You can find further information on this in our terms and conditions.
Non-EU countries - customs
Some countries may have customs protocols and may also apply customs duties, please check beforehand with your local authorities. Any customs costs or duties triggered by sending or sending back the package, are borne by the customer. Please note that Blickers operates from the European Union. If the customer does not want to take over customs fees, Blickers will not refund or be responsible for the package. To help lessen possible issues & delays, please include your telephone number & correct address details when registering (Post Office boxes are not accepted). In some occasions US Customs Authorities solicit from their citizens that they facilitate their Social Security number to release imported goods.
