- Delivery times
Blickers processes your order as fast as possible. If the product comes from our own warehouse, delivery will be fast (delivery times are shown on the product page). Delivery can take longer if it comes from the manufacturer's warehouse. On the product page you will be able to clearly see the estimated delivery time frame of each item, and whether it is in stock. If you have any questions, write us!
We can of course guarantee that all the frames and sunglasses we sell at Blickers are original models. This can be guaranteed with absolute certainty, as we only purchase them from their official manufacturers. They also come with all the original accessories the manufacturer sends with them, such as the original case, a branded cleaning cloth, etc. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us.
- Faster delivery?
At Blickers we take all possible measures that your glasses will reach you as soon as possible. All orders are shipped out the moment they are ready at our warehouse. While there is no option to speed this process up, we can of course assure you that your order will reach you within the shortest time frame we can achieve.
- Will glasses fit?
Our recommendation is that if you like a frame or a pair of sunglasses, you purchase them. You will get them delivered to you as quickly as possible, and you can try them in the comfort of your home. You don’t like them? No problem, you have 30 days to return them. (If you would like to try on a frame, please note that the return policy excludes orders containing customised lenses or prescription lenses) You can consult the Blickers Return Warranty here.
- Can I return my glasses?
You have 30 days to return your order without a problem (with the exception of orders containing customised lenses/prescription lenses). In order to start the return process, request the return through your customer account, a link to which you can find in your confirmation email. For any questions or assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team.
- Start of return warranty
The return warranty’s 30 day validity starts the day you receive the order. If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 30 days from the date of receiving it to return it to Blickers (excluding orders with customised lenses). For more information, click here.
- Return country
All returns go to our warehouse in Spain, with the exception of returns from Germany, which go to our shipping partner in Germany, from where they are then forwarded to our warehouse in Spain.
- Payment options
You can choose any one of the following payment options:

- Order tracking
You can track your order either on the order status page (a link to which you can find in the top-right corner of the website), or in your customer account. A link to your customer account can be found in your confirmation email. The tracking page will always show the current status of your order, but if you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to contact us!
- Order confirmation
When you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. This confirmation email contains your order number, access to your customer account, your invoice attached as a pdf file, and further info regarding your order. If you don’t receive this email, check in the spam/junk folder of your email account.

- Mistake with order
If you made a mistake with your order, for example, if you gave an incorrect phone number or shipping address, get in contact with our Customer Service team immediately, and send us your full name, shipping address, order number, and any details you wish to modify. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
- Lens types
At the moment, we offer single-vision distance glasses and single-vision reading glasses only. Please note that we do not offer progressive/varifocal/multifocal/bifocal lenses or lenses that include prism values. If you are unsure as to which type of lenses you need, we recommend getting in touch with your optician first, in order to confirm this with them.
- Frame without prescription
To order a frame with clear lenses that have no prescription, simply click the “Add prescription lenses” button on the product page and leave all values at ‘0’. This way, you will receive the frame with built-in clear lenses (also known as “plano lenses”), that have no prescription values. Please note that, if you just order a frame only, without adding these lenses, you will receive the frame with the plastic placeholder lenses, which are not recommended to be worn.
- Pupil distance (PD)
Your pupil distance (PD) is the distance between your pupils, measured in millimetres. It is usually divided into a left PD and a right PD, which respectively indicate the distance in millimetres from your left and your right eye to the center between them. Some opticians may not include this value on your prescription. In this case, we recommend either having your PD measured, or to measure it at home.

Blickers ships glasses as well-adjusted as possible. Usually this is enough for them to fit perfectly once they arrive. Even so, as they come directly from the factory or workshop, in some cases they may not be perfectly adjusted, in which case we recommend that you take them to a local optician for adjustments. They should be able to adjust the temples and bridge in a matter of just a few seconds.
Choosing your glasses
- What to look for
When choosing your frame or sunglasses, you should first make sure that the frame adapts to the shape of your face. See more information here.
Also, it is important to keep in mind what brand of sunglasses, material, style and colours adapt better to your own personality and the way you dress. Elegant, ergonomic, handmade, sporty... you decide.
If you are a hyperopic you can choose your frame freely, even if it is a thinner, metal frame, as the edges of the prescription lenses for hyperopia are thinner.
- We recommend that the frame should be thicker and resistant, so that the edges of the lenses are unnoticeable in case of elevated prescriptions.
- Acetate frames are especially recommended for short-sighted people, as they tend to be more robust than metal ones.
- In case you have a high prescription, we do not recommend rimless frames or very thin frames.
- Also, if your prescription is high, you should keep in mind that you should choose a frame with small lenses. In lenses with negative prescription, the smaller the lenses, the thinner the edge.
- If you are allergic to nickel, choose a titanium or acetate frame. These materials won’t give you trouble.
- For people with photophobia we recommend you choose sunglasses with polarized lenses and with a category 4 solar filter, the darkest option possible.
- Polarized sunglasses
Polarized lenses eliminate reflected light from surfaces. For example, at the beach, a normal pair of sunglasses would eliminate the light coming directly coming from the sun, but not the light reflected from the sea, sand or other surfaces. A pair of polarised sunglasses will eliminate both, and thereby provides a higher definition of contrast, eliminating reflections. This makes them ideal for driving, fishing, sailing and winter sports.
